Sarah Cullen
Sarah Cullen has served as the Family Support Director for the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress for 16 years. She leads an amazing team of professionally trained volunteers for the National Prenatal First Call Center and the MDSC Parents First Call program, which has been replicated in dozens of sites. Sarah and her husband have three children, including Matthew, who is 26 and in his words, ?has an incredible life!!?
