Dr. Nicole White
Dr. White holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Management. She studies the impacts of healthcare facilitation on children with Down syndrome. In addition, she seeks to identify the social systems around healthcare that impact the ability of families to receive the highest quality of care possible for their children. She has published and presented on topics around barriers to accessing research, identifying gaps in the facilitation of care for children with Down syndrome, as well as other topics in leadership and management. In addition to her research, Dr. White is the Director of Operations at Cincinnati Children's, where she is responsible for oversight of finance and administration within research administration. She is the parent of four children, one of whom has Down syndrome, and one child who is autistic.
