What Matters to You? Learn how you are advancing INCLUDE-funded research to address your needs

Join us for an informative session as a panel from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. medical research agency, will highlight the INvestigation of Co-occurring conditions across the Lifespan to Understand Down syndromE (INCLUDE) Project and the investments in Down syndrome (DS) research since the program was launched in 2018. Hear from Dr. Stephanie Santoro, an INCLUDE-funded investigator who has used focus groups and surveys to identify critical health issues for adolescents and young adults with DS and their parents. Learn how you can participate in research to study what matters to you. Staff will also highlight clinical study results funded by INCLUDE, with potential benefits for individuals with DS and their families. Discover the innovative approaches that are being taken by INCLUDE to increase diversity in clinical studies by including participants with DS on research teams.
