Practical Activities for Confident Kids

Children everywhere are designed to move and explore - it's their number one job and it's fun! This workshop is designed for parents and professionals who want to learn how vision, hearing, body awareness, and primitive reflexes impact the development of important lifelong movement patterns. We will go beyond the basics of motor development and delve into sensory systems and muscle groups that influence balance and stability. You will leave this workshop with specific activities to boost balance, strength, stability, confidence, and success- starting in infancy and throughout childhood!
